For no reasons, I was feeling frustrated and boiling inside. I tried releasing techniques and then did EFT with releasing.
I felt better for some time. But, within a minute or two, I went back to the grumpy state again.
This was happening for more than one hour, when I realized that my maternal grandmother used to be grumpy like this.
So, I released my grumpy state of her too (who says you can’t do this in EFT and who is stopping me from doing this anyway).

Regarding my daughter’s health I am concerned. It seems her food allergy problems had resurfaced. We are also looking to go to abroad as DR said food allergies have better treatment there.
For allergic situations chant “CHAM JAM” for your daughter. This will improve her circulation.
- Tapping will reduce allergy.
- Ask your daughter to hold any food item that causes allergy and tap on the tapping points while she say, “I accept myself totally”.
- After finishing 7 rounds with this statement, tap with another statement, “CANCEL ALLERGY IMAGES FIND FILL CELL MEMORIES WITH IMAGES OF LOVE AND LIGHT”.
- Do this for 7 rounds.
- Do this daily for a minimum period of 21 days.
My children are quiet young (3 and 1 yr.) to do tapping or speak on their own?
Print a copy of the tapping points, available in the internet. Write the name of your daughter, on the paper. Visualizing her, while tapping the points on the paper and affirming the statements.
The switch word CANCEL clears those dark images of allergy and replaces it with light and love energy.
If I think I have no BP, then there will be no BP, as it is maintained by our thoughts.
Let us use a roundabout method. We will have a list what all will happen if we get BP. May be someone will say that we will get stroke etc. So, we get fearful and concerned about BP.
- Release all your beliefs (what will happen) about BP
- Release all the rumours you have about BP (so fear goes off).
Whenever you think about BP what happens to you? It goes up. “Whenever I think about BP, my BP goes up”. It is a thought. isn’t it?
- Release this thought.
- Affirm, “Even though My BP reading is ….. I accept myself totally and release my fears”.
- Come out of the fear. Scale it.
- “My BP is 130/80” – tap on (EFT) all points.
You can use this tapping technique to make anything normal – say your sugar levels, weight etc.

RULE: Release your thoughts and beliefs, as well as prevailing beliefs about BP.

- On the index finger point (the letting go point),
- Affirm, “I accept myself totally”.

- Then it is due to something that happened when we were in mother’s womb.
- Otherwise, we are unable to accept certain events that happened in our life.
My granddaughter (4 years residing in USA) is having lactose intolerance due to which she has a wheezing problem.
When we say change divine order what do we mean by that?
Tapping can help. You have to learn it and do surrogate EFT for your granddaughter.
“CHANGE DIVINE ORDER” can be chanted for the child.
“Change divine order” means change to divine order.
Whatever you want to change, it is resistance. If you chant “CHANGE DIVINE ORDER”, it will automatically happen.
Analyze your Money-Success
Find out what are your negative thoughts about money.
They could be something like, for example, “Money minded people are crooks”.
Find out from the internet the prevailing negative beliefs about money and tick those that are relevant to you.
Release all of them one by one.
First accept the thought and then release the thought.
Tapping (EFT) is the best method by which you can release your thoughts.
Impact of negative thoughts
These negative thoughts prevent us from receiving money. There are many of them between success and money.
Therefore, we are not able to happily spend our money.
You have to release these thoughts so that the thought which you feel relevant to you first time, will not be relevant to you next time.

If you go on thinking about black magic, your very thoughts become part of your belief system and whatever you do, will impede your progress.
Find out what thoughts prevent your progress? Release them as if they were not yours, because you are not your thoughts. Thoughts are produced by you and you can release them also, when needed. Find out which behavior of yours keeps you in the same problems.

When you start analyzing yourself, you will come to know that you are the creator of your life. Nobody else is responsible for our present Life.
If you think that somebody can spoil your life instead of blaming and criticizing him, find out ways and means by which you can change him.

As long as we harbor the idea that we’re powerless in mending our life, as long as we don’t take steps to correct the pattern of thinking, it is impossible to move forward in life.
How long are we going to blame others?
How long are we going to harbor anger and resentment?
How long are we going to carry on our life without the thought of surrendering to the one Almighty, who is behind not only you but also others?
When will we fill our heart with love and love only and be loving?
When are we going to stop our begging love from others and start seeking love from the one who is ever ready to offer himself fully?
Life is a Sadhana (learning to master).
Life is Trust in Divine.
Life is Courage.
Life is Gratitude.
Life is Perseverance.
